Tumi Mamabolo - Founder & Production Manager
Tumi started her career in the industry as a video editor. She then moved into production coordination, and worked her way up to Line Producer on NBC’s Dating No Filter SA. From there she gained experience as a Production Manager for the Netflix Wednesday AV campaign and was handed full autonomy to lead talent direction on the Stranger Things campaign.
She started Roch-On Creative because she’d seen firsthand what happens when the operational side of a production isn’t properly held, and decided to build a business around fixing exactly that.
Working closely with creative teams, crews, suppliers, and stakeholders, she has built a reputation for clear communication, steady leadership, and practical problem-solving under pressure.
