Leadership Behind the Work
Roch-On Creative was founded by a production manager whose career has been shaped inside demanding, high-pressure production environments.
She began in post-production, where a deep appreciation for detail, timing, and workflow was formed. She later then moved into full-scale production management across film, television, live events, and branded projects.
Working closely with creative teams, crews, suppliers, and stakeholders, she has built a reputation for clear communication, steady leadership, and practical problem-solving under pressure. She believes that strong execution is never accidental, it is the result of preparation, structure, and people being supported to do their best work.
Our Role on Projects
We take responsibility for the operational core of a project. This includes production
planning, vendor and supplier sourcing, budget and timeline management, on-site
coordination, and delivery oversight. Our role is to hold the centre, ensuring teams
are aligned, decisions are informed, and execution remains controlled
from start to finish.
